Hindi Bus Conversation (बस मे बातचीत)
At some point, you will need to take a bus, if you are travelling in India. In India, we use Hindi as a common language. Therefore, you need to lean how to ask in Hindi while travelling. Here are some of the useful phrases to start a conversation in Hindi while travelling in the bus.
Here is an example to start a conversation:
Neha: Excuse me! Is this a bus stand?
नेहा : मुझे माफ करें! क्या ये बस स्टैंड है? (Mujhe maaf kre! kya ye bus stand hai).
Rakesh: Yes, this is bus stand.
राकेश : हाँ, यह बस स्टैंड है । (Han,yah bus stand hai).
Rakesh: Where would you want to go?
राकेश : आप कहाँ जाना चाहते हैं?
Neha: I want to go MG road. Can you tell me which bus to board?
नेहा: मुझे M.G road जाना है, क्या आप बता सकते कौनसी बस नम्बर जाएगी? (Mujhe M.G road hana hai, kya aap bta sakte kaun si bus number jayegi).
Rakesh: Ya sure, bus number 2G will go till mg road.
राकेश : हां बिल्कुल, बस नम्बर, 2 जी एमजी रोड तक जायेगी।
Neha: When will the next bus arrive?
नेहा: अगली बस कब आएगी ? (Agli bas kab aaegi)?
Rakesh: The bus will arrive at 7o'clock.
राकेश : बस 7 बजे पर आ जाएगी। (Bus 7 baje aa jaaegi).
Neha: Does buses arrive on time?
नेहा: क्या बस समय पर आती हैं? (kya bus samay par aati hai)?
Rakesh: Yes, the bus arrives on time.
राकेश : हां, बस समय पर आती हैं। (Han, bus samay par aati hai)
Neha: Are the buses crowded too much?
नेहा: क्या बसों में बहुत ज्यादा भीड़ है? (kya buson mein jyada bheed hai)?
Neha: Is double decker bus available here?
नेहा: क्या यहाँ डबल डेकर बस चलता है? (Kya yahan double decker bus chalta hai)?
Rakesh: Yes, double decker bus is available here.
राकेश : हाँ, डबल डेकर बस यहाँ उपलब्ध है? (Han, double decker bus yahan uplabdh hai).
Neha: Shall we go by a double decker?
नेहा: क्या हमलोग एक डबल डेकर से चलें? (kya humlog ek doubledecker se chalen)?
Rakesh: Where is this bus stop?
राकेश : यह बस स्टॉप कहाँ है? (Yah bus stop kahan hai)?
Neha: Bus stop is little bit far.
नेहा: बस स्टॉप थोङा दूर हैं। (Bus stop thoda dur hai).
Bus journey was very comfortable.
बस यात्रा बहुत सहज थी। (Bus yatra bahut sahaj thi).
