Conversation in Hospital (अस्पताल में वार्तालाप)
If you are not well and go to the doctor, how will you tell the symptoms to the doctor in Hindi? Here, you can learn how to have a conversation by using some of the phrases given below by an example.
Conversation between a doctor and patient:
MR.Khan: Good morning, Dr. Reddy!
श्रीमानखान: गुडमॉर्निंग, डॉ रेड्डी! (Good morning docto reddy).
DR.Reddy: Good morning! What happened to you?
डॉरेड्डी: सुप्रभात! आपको क्या हुआ?(Suprabhat! aapko kya hua).
MR.Khan: I am suffering from fever since yesterday.
श्रीमानखान: मैं कल से बुखार से पीड़ित हूँ। (Mai kal se bukhar se pidit hu).
DR.Reddy: Any other problem?
डॉरेड्डी: कोई और अन्य समस्या है? (Koi aur anya samsya hai).
MR.Khan: I also feel headache and vomiting.
श्रीमानखान: मुझे सिर दर्द और उल्टी भी महसूस हो रहा हैं। (Mujhe sir dard aur ulti bhi mahsoos ho rha hai).
DR.Reddy: Let me feel your pulse and check your fever. At this time the fever is 101 degree. Don’t worry, there is nothing serious. I am giving you the medicine, and you will be all right in a few days.
डॉ रेड्डी: मुझे अापके नब्ज महसूस करना हैं और अापकेे बुखार की जांच करना हैं. इस समय बुखार 101 डिग्री है। गंभीर कुछ भी नहीं है , चिंता मत करो । मैं आप दवा दे रहा हूँ , और आप कुछ ही दिनों में सब ठीक हो जाएगा । (Mujhe aapke nabj mahsoos hkarna haiaur aapke bukhar ki jaanch karna hai....... is samay bukhar 101 degree hai. gambhir kuch bhi nhi hai, chinta mat kro. mai dawa de raha hu, aur aap kuch hi dino me sab thk ho jyega).
MR.Khan: Thank you, doctor.
श्रीमान खान : डॉक्टर धन्यवाद। (Doctor dhanyavad).
DR.Reddy: But get your blood tested for malaria, and come with the report tomorrow.
डॉ रेड्डी: लेकिन आपके रक्त में मलेरिया के लिए परीक्षण किया है, और रिपोर्ट के साथ कल आ जाओ। (Lekin aapke rakt me maleria ke liye parichan kiya hai, aur reporr ke saath kal aa jao).
MR.Khan: Okay doctor.
श्रीमान खान : ठीक है डॉक्टर । (Thik hai doctor).
DR.Reddy: You have to take rest for atleast three days.
डॉ रेड्डी: मैं आपके लिए कम से कम तीन दिन बाकी की आराम करना होगा। (Mai apke liye kam se kam teen din baki ki aaram karna hoga).
MR.Khan: Would you prepare a medical certificate for me to submit it in my office?
श्रीमान खान: यदि आप अपने कार्यालय में इसे प्रस्तुत करने के लिए मेरे लिए एक चिकित्सा प्रमाण पत्र तैयार कर देंगे? (Yadi aap apne karyalay me ise prastut karne ke liye mere liye ek chikitsa praman ptra taiyar kar denge).
DR.Reddy: Oh sure. This is your medical certificate.
डॉ रेड्डी: ओह ज़रूर, यह आपके चिकित्सा प्रमाण पत्र है । (Oh jarur. Yah apke chikitsa praman patra hai).
MR.Khan: Thank you very much. Please tell me how will I take this medicine?
श्रीमान खान: बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद । क्या मुझे बता सकते मैं यह दवा कैसे लूँगा?
DR.Reddy: This medicine is for two day only. Take this dose as soon as you reach your home and the second at 3 pm and the third at night before sleeping.
डॉ रेड्डी : यह दवा केवल दो दिन के लिए है । आप सोने से पहले रात में अपने घर और 3 बजे दूसरे और तीसरे तक पहुंचने के लिए जैसे ही इस खुराक ले लो। (Yeah dawa keval do din ke liye hai. aap sone se pahle rat me apne ghar aur 3 bje dusre aur tisre tak pahuchne ke liye jaise hi is khurak le lo).
MR.Khan: What should I eat doctor?
श्रीमान खान : डॉक्टर मुझे क्या खाना चाहिए? (Doctor mujhe kya khana chahiye).
DR.Reddy :You should eat only light food. You can take milk and fresh fruit also.
डॉ रेड्डी : आपको केवल हल्का खाना खाना चाहिए। आप दूध और ताजे भी फल ले सकते हैं। (Aapko keval halka khana khana chahiye. aap dudh aur taaje phal le sakte).
MR.Khan:How much shall I pay you doctor?
श्रीमान खान : मुझे डॉक्टर आपको कितना भुगतान करना होगा ? (Mujhe doctor aapko kitna bhugtan karna hoga).
DR.Reddy: Rupees two hundred only.
डॉ रेड्डी : केवल दो सौ रुपए । (keval do sau rupyee).
MR.Khan: Here. Thanks doctor.
श्रीमान खान: ये रहा । धन्यवाद डॉक्टर । (Ye raha. dhanyavad doctor).
DR.Reddy: It’s all right.
डॉ रेड्डी: यह सब ठीक है। (Yah sab thik hai).
MR.Khan: Thank you doctor. I willl see you tomorrow with my blood report.
श्रीमान खान: आप डॉक्टर धन्यवाद। मैं अपने खून की रिपोर्ट के साथ कल आप देखेंगे। (Aap doctor dhanyabad. mai apne khon ki report ke saath kal aap dekhenge).
